  • ST MICROELECTRONIC PIPPING WORKS

    Location: ST Microelectronic, Muar
    Title: SOW SCC Room Fluoride Collection Tank Pipe Connection and Pump Control

    Freya Tekun Sdn Bhd expertly managed the pipeline connection of a Fluoride transfer pump in the SCC room, utilizing HDPE Pipe/Fitting (OD110, OD90 3 Inch, 4 inch) with a Electrofusion weld method spanning approximately 15 meters. The project encompassed coring the SCC room wall with a fire stopper, outdoor and indoor pipe supports using M/S and SS304 materials respectively, a rigorous 4-hour Pressure and Leak Test with an added 1.5 bar pressure, and pipe labelling in line with STM Facilities Labelling Requirement. This endeavor underscores Freya Tekun’s commitment to excellence and precision.

  • PTP SEWERAGE PUMP MAINTENANCE

    Location: Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah
    Title: Replacement of Raw Sewage Pumps at Sewage Treatment Plant, Port of Tanjung Pelepas

    Freya Tekun Sdn Bhd was tasked with the replacement of sewage pumps at the Port of Tanjung Pelepas. The project encompassed the supply and installation of a 15 kW inverter panel for sludge return and dewatering pumps, an 18.5 kW inverter panel for the raw sewage pump, followed by testing and commissioning of the 18.5 kW inverter panel in conjunction with the Multi-smart System.

  • PTP COOLING TOWER FILTER CLEANING

    Location: Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah
    Title: Upgrading the Cooling Tower Structures

    Freya Tekun Sdn Bhd undertook the task of upgrading cooling tower structures. The project involved the dismantling of existing infill packs, cleaning the deck with high-pressure water and light chemical (Activ Ox-foam or equivalent) to remove residues, and then reinstalling the fill packs to their original positions. The work was executed across four cooling towers: Cooling towers 1 to 3 each had 2 sides with 20 blocks (CTA 1350 UN), while Cooling tower 4 had 2 sides with 10 blocks (CTA 150 UN).
